Please check that your received a delivery confirmation email from us, that way you know we have your order. You may need to look in your spam folder.

If you ordered a Discovery Box or a selection of single 40g samples, or single 500g bag we send those out with Royal Mail and whilst 80% arrive next day, 20% will take a little longer could take up to 5 working days. If it has been 5 working days since you ordered please email us: hello@purition.co.uk

Everything else in the UK except those very hard to reach places, you know who you are, should be delivered next day.  Next day means next working day but please allow for the weekend in your calculations as we do not ship out on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holiday Mondays.

Next working day does not mean 'guaranteed next day', next working day is not next day if you order after 4pm on Thursday either, those orders ship out on Friday and arrive Monday.  Next working day ordering on Friday or over the weekend, means delivery will be on Tuesday.

We always use DPD the UK largest and best courier service, by all reasonable measures. However we are not delivering the parcel ourselves which means your delivery is being handles by a man or woman in a van, it could be their first day, they could be having a bad day, they could be covering for a colleague so it's not always possible to comply with delivery request. They have a 99.2% success rate, if you happen to be in the 0.8% category this time, we're sorry, please do not hold it against us.

Replying to DPDs text notification early is the best thing you can do if you know you are not going to be in and need the parcel leaving in a safe place.  Please remember a safe place is not a safe place if the DPD driver thinks someone can see him leaving the parcel in a safe place and he may not leave it.  It only takes someone walking past your home, bin man or another delivery driver to see our driver and he will not be able to leave the parcel in your safe place.  This can be very annoying if you have run our or needed it sooner.  We are sorry but there will be a good reason in most cases.
